SUNY Fredonia will be hosting their first Blue Devil Invitational tournament this Saturday, April 14th. The event will run from 10am-7pm. Pool play is expected for the morning games, before advancing to single eliminations rounds in the afternoon.
Team that will be playing:
- WEQL Griffins (Allegany, NY) and the City Honor Centaurs (Buffalo, NY)
- SUNY Geneseo (Geneseo, NY)
- University of Rochester (Rochester, NY)
- SUNY Fredonia (Fredonia, NY)
- Edinboro University (Edinboro, PA)
- Ives Pond (Buffalo, NY)
If teams can help out by bringing any equipment they have (from balls to hoops), that would be much appreciated! Refs, Snitches and other volunteers are also wanted!

Jefferson can correct me if I’m wrong, but there are 11 Griffins and 10 Centaurs coming.

11 Griffins, 10 Centaurs. Although I think we might be loosing one Griffin, so that’ll even it up. (Granted, I think there are a few other players coming to watch from both teams that won’t be participating. And the other Griffin captain isn’t playing, but she’ll be there.)
So.. just about split down the middle!
