Do you have an eye for design? Make your mark on the IQA’s biggest event!

Attention all graphic designers, artists, and quidkids! The World Cup Organizing Team is announcing a contest to design this year’s World Cup logo. Here are the details:

MUST BE in the logo:

• Some form or combination of World Cup or WC and VI or 6 – can be roman numerals or the actual number
• One version that says “IQA” and one version that says “Quidditch”
• Limited to three colors (preferably not IQA colors)

Other Options:

• Could include the date and/or location.
• Can make multiple sized versions of it, such as vertical, horizontal, square, etc.

• Standard IQA fonts are League Gothic and Adobe Caslon Pro. League Gothic is available for free download. However, these fonts are NOT required for the logo; feel free to use different fonts.
• Should reflect the location of the event (Kissimmee, Florida).

All submissions are due in two weeks – by 11:59pm EST on Friday, August 3rd. Designs should be submitted as vector images, in .eps or .ai format, in addition to a .jpg or .pdf format to hannah.lindgren@internationalquidditch.org.

The winning design will be featured on all World Cup VI merchandise, signage, marketing, etc. The winner will not be compensated or receive a share of the profits from items with the logo on it, but will be credited in the program and other materials.
