- Reside in the Mid-Atlantic Region for the duration of the quidditch season
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have at least 1 year of quidditch experience
- Maintain regular access to email, Facebook, and other modes of communication
- Have passion for the sport of quidditch
- Have previous management and leadership experience
- Have more than 1 year of quidditch experience
- Have event-planning experience
- Have excellent decision-making ability
- Understand what makes the Mid-Atlantic different from other regions
- Be familiar with many of the teams and players in the Mid-Atlantic
- Have a clear vision for the future of Mid-Atlantic quidditch
- Work with State Representatives to contact and assist both nascent and active teams in the region
- Attend weekly meetings with the Teams Director and other RDs
- Compile and submit monthly reports on regional activity to Teams Director
- Organize annual Regional Championship and assemble Regional Championship Committee (RCC)
- Hire, assign, and manage State Representatives and other staff
- Create and maintain regional unity and pride amongst teams
- Establish regional brand (merchandise, design for events, “feel” of region, etc.)
- Be a resource for new and existing teams and maintain frequent contact to encourage growth and membership
- Assist Expansion Representatives with their work as necessary
