This fall the IQA will be establishing conferences (competitive groupings of teams) to allow teams, in short, to have access to more and better opportunities to play in interscholastic competition against other teams.
Several conferences have already begun formation, including the FQC (Florida Quidditch Conference) and the BEQ (Big East Quidditch). Over the summer the IQA board will be drafting bylaws to determine how these conferences and others yet to form will fit within the overall national array of teams, how and whether these events will relate to World Cup, how conferences will fit into the Regional Tournament structure, and more.
