America's Finest QC
In the fall of 2010, while surfing Facebook, Captain Keith Lippert saw an ad for the Quidditch World Cup in his hometown of NY, NY. Despite not having any knowledge of the game, he assembled a 'Dream Team' of his closest friends from school at the University of Rochester and his home in NYC, and so, America's Finest was born.
After an epic 7 hour road trip in the Man Van a.k.a. the Shaggin' Wagon a.k.a. the Golden Bullet, The heart of America's Finest QC, consisting of Keeper Brandon Sosa, Chasers Kevin Kolbay and Keith Lippert, and Beaters Michael Krestos and Jack McAndrew, descended upon the concrete jungle to meet with family members and fellow teammates Travis 'TLipp' Lippert and Corinne Lippert for some of Momma Lipp's Chicken Parm. MM MM GOOD!
The following morning America's Finest arrived at the World Cup for their first experience playing Muggle Quidditch. They were immediately tagged as the tournament's most beloved, as well as most hated team, with their flamboyantly tight uniforms, overdose of machismo, physical style of play, and lack of knowledge of the rules. They played for the masses, and boy did those young men look good in their uniforms!
The athletes of America's Finest Quidditch club would like to thank all of our fans for their support, as well as the IQA for creating such a wonderful event and providing us with some of the most fun any of us have ever had. See you all at the 2011 World Cup!

You heard it here first!
AFQC will be returning the the 2011 QWC! This year's team is better than ever, and we're excited to return to our beloved fans in the Quidditch realm. Of course, in true AFQC spirit, we'll be wearing absurdly small, ridiculous uniforms, revamped and personalized for this year's cup!
We're hoping to play as many Canadian teams as possible to assert America as the dominant country on the North American continent. Let's show the maple syrup guzzling mudbloods what's up! Can't wait to see you all at the cup! #AmericasFinest
