Eleanor Roosevelt Ridgebacks
The Eleanor Roosevelt Ridgebacks were founded in 2008 by Olivia Guerrieri, Rachel Van Bokkem, Gabby Laxamana and Matthew Williams. Roosevelt has its own sub league, with teams from each grade competing for the House Cup. Last year, 2012 proudly soared its way to victory.
The Ridgebacks traveling team is comprised of the players who repeatedly have proven their prowess on the pitch.
As I sit here typing this, Andrea Anderson, our most ferocious and spirited beater, is punching me quite hard in the arm to include her name. Cheers.
