Hofstra University

Few teams in the Quidditch community have matured as quickly as the Hofstra Flying Dutchmen. The team was founded in late November of 2010, and practiced with hoops and a snitch for the first time in several inches of snow in January. The next month, they won their first official game and went on to host their first tournament weeks later. The Dutchmen were then selected to be hosts of the 2011 IQA Northeast Regional Tournament, where they won two of their three qualifying games.
