UCLA Quidditch players are Quid Pros Quo. In return for their hard work ethic, mastermind strategy, and awesome quidditch puns, they placed 8th at World Cup V and 2nd at the Western Cup in April 2012, and expect to fly even higher this year. Let's not beater-round the bush; the team is known for top-tier play in every facet of the game. Their beaters are nationally renowned as the top in the sport, their female chasers are exceptional, and their seekers have Pheidippidean endurance (they know their Greek mythology). Spectators watching warmups can expect them to run a flawless quaffle weave drill, as well as a vicious game of duck-duck-goose during stretches. The Bruins were featured in the April 2011 edition of the UCLA alumni magazine, and the accompanying Youtube video has garnered nearly ninety thousand views.
